Why You’re Worthy Of Everything You Want
Do I Really Deserve What I Want?
I am so glad you’re here. Our episode is very special to me and I can’t wait to share this with you because it came up in a group that I do each week and really talking to folks about expecting the things that they want, using their mindset to focus on the things that matter the most to them, and expecting that they will come to them. We’ve talked about the Law of Attraction. We’ve talked about how mindset is the very first step to that, and how you can get anything and everything that you want in life by what you choose to focus on.
However, sometimes people have a challenge with the idea of expecting things to work out for them because they question if they’re worthy of having everything it is that they want. They want to know, “Do I really deserve it?” Sometimes, that is such an unconscious belief that we don’t even realize that deep down we think we’re worthy of things if we work for them. We think we’re worthy of things if we do a lot for other people.
The Inherent Value Of Existence: The $100 Bill Analogy
We think we’re worthy of things if we make our family happy. If, if, if. Here is the 100% honest truth. Each and every one of you is worthy because you are. Just because you exist. That means that you have the same worth whether you go and win an Olympic medal, or make millions of dollars, or change the lives of hundreds of thousands of people, or do none of those things. You have worth because you are.
There is nothing that can happen to you or that you could do that makes you worth less than anyone else, because we are all innately worthy. Share on XThe best way I’m able to illustrate this is with a $100 bill. I do an exercise with folks when they’re in person, but I’m going to talk you through it. You tell me if this resonates for you. If I were to show you a $100 bill, and I asked you, “What is this $100 bill worth?” You would tell me $100, or if you’re a super savvy financial person, you might say, because of inflation, it’s only worth this, but roll with me here, $100. “Does it have to do anything other than be here to be worth $100?”
You’re like, “No.” You can see how we could be worth something just for being. Someone might say, “Really bad stuff has happened to me. People have done some really awful things, and I don’t feel like I’m worthy anymore.” Let’s do some really bad stuff to this $100 bill, which I do in person. I yell at it, I scream at it, I tell it it fucking sucks. When people are shocked that I’ve yelled and cursed at this dollar bill, I wad up a bunch of spit and I spit on it.
Banking Industry Connection: Redeeming Even Torn Bills
I ask them, “What is it worth?” “Still, a $100.” I crumple it up. I absolutely just make it into a tiny ball. Now what’s it worth? Again, a $100. I say, “What about those of you who say such bad things have happened to me, I am broken?” Let me break this $100 bill, and I’ll tear it in half. I ask them, “What is it worth?” Some of the people are like, “I don’t know, because it’s torn. Can you spend it?” I used to work in the banking industry.

As long as I have even one half of the dollar bill, even one third of the $100 bill, it’s still worth $100. The bank will give you another one. There is nothing that you can do to that bill that makes it worth less than a hundred dollars. There is nothing that can happen to you or that you could do that makes you worth less than anyone else, because we are all innately worthy because we exist because we are. That is one of the most powerful things you can do to help you manifest and create the life that you want and the things in the world that you would like to experience and have because they’re right there. Starting with mindset, you are focusing on the things that you want most. You can speed it up, make it more likely, and make it happen more often if you believe that you are absolutely worth it.
